I obtained a master's degree in economics and business management with an excellent grade, which resulted in managing two medical and dental facilities and natural therapy clinics for over 18 years. I obtained numerous certificates in the field of integrated medicine, which was crowned by graduating from the school of Naturopathy with a state exam, master's with a very good grade. I deal with the specificity of human resources and their potential from the professional side, but closely related to psychology and psychophysical systems of the human body. My education in such seemingly two different fields showed me the close relationships between the human state of mind and its motivational system for life and therefore for work. Many years of work in the medical sector convinced me of these relationships and gave me the tools to work. I developed an innovative approach to managing managerial staff in the medical sector, which I later successfully transferred to creating structures of international consultants in direct sales companies and to synchronizing employee management in various industry sectors. Being a managing director not only involved creating the foundations for appropriate working conditions, but also required me to repeatedly implement management reengineering in various business models, such as the real estate management model.
Conducting and participating in business meetings for the private sector in Ireland proved to be an asset that allowed me to obtain the prestigious All Star Business award and numerous business awards in the years 2011-2019.
Over the years and with the same experience, it turned out that the models of managing the management staff and the staff began to evolve and it was necessary to adapt the management systems to the modern structures of the changed awareness and openness of Europeans. External influences, access to an infinite amount of information and online social systems have had a radical impact on the changes in management systems and motivation systems. In my own trainings, these systems are the so-called soft systems, where I pay special attention to the individual approach to each employee, their needs and skills, in order to extract the potential that lies dormant in them. I also realize that there is no healthy, thriving company without a physically, mentally and emotionally healthy employee.
Working with people from many angles showed me the need to introduce the education system into the structures of large, small and medium-sized enterprises. However, not only enterprises have become my training goal. I pass on my knowledge to seniors at the University of the Third Age in Łódź in cooperation with the DOZ Foundation and in many kindergartens and schools.
