My professional background combines two areas that may initially appear very different – business management and naturopathy. Over the years, however, these two paths have given me a unique perspective on people, their potential, wellbeing and the environments in which they live and work.
I hold a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Management, completed with an excellent grade. For more than 18 years, I have been involved in the management of medical and dental facilities and natural therapy practices, gaining extensive experience in organisational development, human resources and team management.
Alongside my management career, I continued my education in naturopathy, complementary approaches and integrative health. I completed professional training in naturopathy, including formal vocational examinations, and obtained qualifications at both Journeyman and Master level in Naturopathy.
𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗔𝗚𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 & 𝗛𝗨𝗠𝗔𝗡 𝗣𝗢𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗔𝗟
My work in management has always focused strongly on people.
Years of experience in the healthcare sector allowed me to observe how communication, motivation, workplace relationships, individual strengths and personal wellbeing can influence both employees and organisations.
I have worked with management teams and employees across different business environments, developing organisational structures, supporting changes in management models and adapting human-resource strategies to the needs of evolving organisations.
My experience has also included building international consultant structures within direct-sales organisations and implementing management solutions across different industry sectors.
Today, this experience forms the foundation of my training programmes, in which I place particular emphasis on individual potential, communication, motivation, leadership and people-centred management.
𝗕𝗨𝗦𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗦𝗦 & 𝗘𝗗𝗨𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡
My professional activity in Ireland has included business development, management and participation in private-sector business initiatives.
During this period, my work and business activity received a number of distinctions, including an All-Star Business Award, as well as other business awards and recognitions between 2011 and 2019.
I believe that modern organisations require a more individual and flexible approach to people. Changes in technology, access to information, social communication and working environments have significantly transformed the way teams operate and how people understand their professional lives.
For this reason, my training programmes focus not only on management systems, but also on the people within those systems – their individual abilities, communication, motivation and potential.
𝗦𝗛𝗔𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗞𝗡𝗢𝗪𝗟𝗘𝗗𝗚𝗘
Education has become an important part of my professional work.
I share my knowledge and experience through lectures, workshops and training programmes for businesses and organisations, as well as educational initiatives for different age groups.
My educational activities have included lectures for seniors at the University of the Third Age in Łódź, cooperation with the DOZ Foundation, as well as educational activities in schools and kindergartens.
For me, education is not simply about transferring information. It is about helping people understand their own potential and giving them practical tools that they can use in their professional and everyday lives.
